Arrived badly damaged, all scratched and dusty, and even seems to have been used already... not to mention the box... and of course, as expected, the product is defective, the battery is dead despite being charged properly, it doesn't turn on for long and turns off immediately... it may only be 10€ but it's 10€ in the trash... I can't even get a refund, I have to return the item and I clearly have other things to do...
The box came open, all damaged.
Portable Smart Neck Massager with Heat
Didn't arrive, money was refunded.
This thing just zaps. it doesn’t work like a tens unit.
The device was malfunctioned. as it was not working, it was returned.
Excellent, highly recommended, use it.
Fell apart
One of the two products was defective. But it works and I thought it was great.
it works well
Warn it today - intermittent use as it limits to 15 min at a time - i do feel less tension in my neck
So far so good, but yet to be thoroughly tested.
excellent
Item as described, has heating function. works like a charm
It’s ok. the ems pulse is minimal. the spacing between the two pads are also a bit close
It worked properly!
This is great! it’s actually quite powerful.
Good quality
Arrived well packaged. Everything is fine!
Very good product and it helps a lot with my fatigue 😸
The electrical currents and the heat are noticeable, but it's still too early; I don't know if it will be of any use. Also, it's very hot in my area and I don't want to add more heat now.
It arrived very quickly, I love it, it's practical.
Thank you very much.
Excellent product, I recommend it.
Excellent product, I recommend it.
Wonderful, I loved it, I used it with conductive gel and couldn't go past intensity level 3. It only came with a scratched box at one end, but as soon as it arrived I started charging it and have already used it twice, and the shocks feel like a massage. If you support it on your back and lean it against a chair, you can use it on other parts of your back. Good price.
It's a very good compact massager.
If the effect is not good, it's better to apply a gel to the skin.
Very powerful, barely noticeable heating, but that wasn't what I cared about - I recommend it.
Excellent product
It doesn't work, it's a shame.
fast delivery
Very good for the price
